Configure a setting to automatically send job logs to the server.

Settings

Description

[Host Name]

Enter the IP address or host name of the destination server.

[File Path]

Enter the destination file path.

[User Name]

Enter the user name used to log in to the destination server.

[Password]

Enter the password used to log in to the destination server.

[Port No.]

Enter the port number for communications using the keypad.

[Proxy]

Select whether to access the destination server via a proxy server. When the destination server is accessed via a proxy server, the proxy setting configured in [Administrator Settings] - [Network Settings] - [WebDAV Settings] - [WebDAV Client Settings] is used.

[No] is specified by default.

[SSL Setting]

Select whether to access the destination server via SSL communication. When the destination server is accessed via SSL communication, the SSL setting configured in [Administrator Settings] - [Network Settings] - [WebDAV Settings] - [WebDAV Client Settings] is used.

[No] is specified by default.

[TX terms]

Specify conditions to perform the automatic sending.

  • [Specify Time]: Performs the automatic sending based on the specified schedule. If you select [Monthly], specify the date to send data in. If you select [Weekly], specify a day of week to send data in. If you select [Daily], specify the time to send data at.

  • [Set size]: Performs the automatic sending when the job log data size reaches the specified limit. If you select [Manual], enter the capacity in [Job Setting].

[Send Immediately]

Immediately sends job logs.
